The staff was always smiling and helpful. They sent a complimentary cake. my kids had the best time, i am grateful. the massage in the spa was great! the cleanliness and the size of the apartment were excellent. the water park is very nice.
the activities for kids were not that great though we paid a lot.

the hotel offers direct beach access, great for families. the resort is located near several shopping malls. the airport is about a 20-minute drive from the resort though the traffic can be unpredictable.

i really liked how well-suited the facility were for children. the activities were varied. my son was always entertained. i also loved the breakfast. there were many different options. the water park was free to use.
